Henga Lodge has a range of ensuite and non-ensuite rooms, both upstairs and downstairs. Henga Lodge easily caters for tour groups and independent travelers and we can provide share-twin facilities to suit your budget as well.
All rooms are warm, comfortable and homely and furnished with all of the necessities. This is lodge-style accommodation in a five star setting.
Tea and Coffee is available
all day (and night) and the family atmosphere lounge bar is open every evening for a quite and relaxing pre-dinner drink. The bar stocks a wide range of New Zealand wines, spirits and beers. Henga Lodge is totally smoke-free indoors, but there are areas where you can indulge if you want to.
We specialise in tour groups and we do provide package deals for larger groups. Groups come here to see the amazing amount of rare or endangered plants and birds, the amazing scenery, or more often, the fascinating culture and history. Henga Lodge, in partnership with Kopinga Marae, offers unique opportunities for corporate or business groups looking for a destination for conferences, team building or rewards destinations.
